I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are all renovated, so don't worry about the old pictures. They are equipped with super comfortable beds and pillows, a nice couch, and are in great condition. The service was top-notch with a friendly front desk manager available. The location is perfect, being close to the Everbank field in a residential neighborhood and also near the Jacksonville port. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious fresh pasta served. The facilities were outstanding, offering everything I needed for a great stay.

I found this hotel to be a great choice overall. The rooms are updated and comfortable with a nice couch and great beds and pillows. The service was excellent with a helpful front desk manager available. Despite not being in the best neighborhood, the location is still convenient, especially being somewhat close to the port of Jacksonville and downtown. The dining experience was satisfactory, including shabu-shabu. The facilities were modern and well-kept.
